Objectives of
Executive Programme (EP)
Understand and experience the intentionality, and disciplemaking pathways of IDMC (Intentional Disciplemaking Church).
Understand the principles and challenges of creating an IDMC Model.
Discuss the applications and creation of IDMC model.
Cross-learning from other churches’ IDMC journey and reap the benefits of networking with other countries and churches.
Who is it for?
Leaders of churches.
Staff/Leaders who are evaluating and responsible disciplemaking pathways in their respective churches.
Partners of CEFC.
EP Modules
The participants of EP would experience discourse, instructions, testimonies and application of the following:
The ecosystem (Culture, Community and Core Process) of IDMC.
The Vision, Values and Vehicles of IDMC.
The Model and Processes of IDMC.
The individual practice of select components of IDMC (Silence and Solitude, Small Group).
The application of designing an IDMC pathway.
Interaction with leaders of IDMC (SPs, Church Board, Ministry leaders).
Participation in CEFC Anniversary service.
